1. Membership & Billing
Billing Cycle
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout (weekly, monthly, or annual).
By accessing and using the Passport & Co. platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
1. Membership & Billing
Billing Cycle
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout (weekly, monthly, or annual).
Termination for Convenience
Members may terminate their membership for convenience at any time by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing period. Written notice must be sent to shanice@passportandco.co. Once proper notice is received, membership will remain active through the end of the current billing period and billing will not continue into the next cycle.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused sessions, missed sessions, or early termination.
2. Community Conduct & Participation
Passport & Co. is a curated, intentional community. Members are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership, without refund, for disruptive behavior, misuse of resources, or violations of these Terms.
3. Session Scheduling, Timing & Overage Fees
Group & Shared Sessions
Early Boarder, Open Cabin, Focus Flight, Sky Lounge Sips, Jet Lag Chats, and Layover Lunch must end at their scheduled time. Remaining beyond the scheduled end time will result in a $20 overage fee applied to the following self-led session.
Individual & Private Sessions
The Connection Suites, Collaborative Suites, and Jetsetter Nap Nook include a 10-minute grace period. Exceeding this grace period will result in a $10 overage fee.
4. Sanctuary Studio™ - Health & Safety Disclaimer
All Sanctuary Studio content is provided for informational, educational, and wellness-support purposes only. Passport & Co. does not provide medical, mental health, therapeutic, legal, or professional advice. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. You are responsible for your personal well-being, limits, and participation choices.
5. Intellectual Property & Community Content Protection
All Passport & Co. content, including partner content such as Caravan Wellness, is exclusive to the Passport & Co. community. Members may not share, reproduce, record, distribute, or provide access to content outside the community. Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination without refund, financial penalties, and further legal action.
6. Technology & Platform Availability
Passport & Co. is not responsible for third-party platform outages, internet issues, or device compatibility. Members are responsible for ensuring appropriate technology access.
7. Limitation of Liability
Participation in Passport & Co. is at your own risk. Passport & Co. is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages arising from participation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Modifications to Terms
Passport & Co. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
